Requirements
Degree in fashion design (or similar)
5+ years experience in fashion design, preferably working for trendy yet commercial label
Working knowledge of textile design; incl. print and pattern design, fabric attributes, CAD process, and textile development process
Proficient with Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign
Strong organizational skills, work within tight deadlines
Possess strong organizational skills, work within tight deadlines
Resilience, flexibility, enthusiasm and team spirit
Fluency in English, proficiency in other languages is definitely a plus
Willingness to travel (Europe and Asia)
Train and develop the direct reports in the design team
